Composition II
This is the drawing that I had Laura create during the performance, and each mark is choreographed. I chose her specifically because she isn't an artist, and I wanted to see the drawing I made translated through her hands. She then kisses it before starting the phrase.

In this study, I explore the use of drawing/visual art as a choreographic aspect within a dance setting. Through Chet Baker's song,"There is No Greater Love", I attempt to evoke meaning through sensual movement and minimalist visuals without explicitly stating a clear message. I want the viewer(s) to make sense of it for themselves rather than force an idea upon them.
